Reiki and Sound with Emily

Treatments take place from my studio-shop in Dalgety Bay, Fife where you will be surrounded by a stunning collection of crystals alongside the enchanting scents of my handcrafted candles and melts, and a wide selection of incense.

Reiki is a Japanese healing method that uses gentle touch to bring relaxation, well-being, and self-healing. This non-invasive, complementary therapy utilises gentle hand movements to guide universal life force energy throughout your entire body. The aim is to harmonise your energy fields, also referred to as chakras, to support the process of self-healing.

Sound Healing comprises of me playing various instruments such as Tibetan and crystal bowls, a drum, rainmaker, chimes, and various other instruments. The frequencies from these instruments help to harmonise with your energy fields encouraging balance and alignment. This can also result in reducing anxiety and worry and improving sleep and mood.  Sound Healing is capable of deep healing through its vibration and frequencies. Our body is primarily made up of water, and water responds immediately to vibrations. This explains why we are greatly affected by the influence of vibration.
